I will add this to what I said--this guy is apparently from Appy, and some of my mom's family in Appy who know this guy said he had been caught on DUI's several times, and that his license was suspended for the offenses.
It's true that he's had DUIs before, but really, I've not heard anything official concerning the accident. I just think it's best to reserve judgement...especially since there were 2 fatalities.
